What files are included with my purchase?
Each product page lists exactly what is in the ZIP. Most designs include SVG, DXF and PDF cut files, and many include 3 mm and 4 mm versions and an assembly PDF.
How do I download my digital products?
After payment, you receive access to your download from the order confirmation. Check your email (and spam folder) for your order details.
Which laser cutters and software can I use?
The files are standard vector formats used by LightBurn, xTool Creative Space, Glowforge and most laser and CNC software. Your machine's work area must be large enough for the parts listed on the product page.
Are physical products shipped to me?
No. You buy digital files only. Nothing is shipped.
Do the designs support 3 mm and 4 mm materials?
Many designs include both versions. The product description says which thicknesses are included. Real sheet thickness varies, so measure your material and cut a test piece first.
Can I use the files for commercial projects?
You may sell physical items you make from the files in small batches. You may not share, resell or redistribute the digital files.
What should I do if a file does not open?
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the software you use. We will help you or send a replacement file.
Can I request a refund for a digital download?
